Summer Reading Goals

Summer Reading Goals

As spring semester at Emerson College came to an end I started getting the question: What will you be doing this summer?

My answer, besides working, was vague and unsure at best. After spending so long being so busy the prospect of spending another four months with nothing but my day job to do was unsettling. Then I remembered my Goodreads reading challenge. I had decided to try to read a book a week this year for my Goodreads challenge, but had been neglecting it for a month due to finals and life in general. In the beginning of May I was eleven books behind schedule, and now I am only five books behind schedule. Obviously this “challenge” needs to be slowed down a bit. So I have made the decision to add a Book Review section to this website. I cannot promise to review every book I read, but will do my best to review as many as I can this summer.

I look forward to a summer of exploring as many new worlds as possible. After all, every time that one opens a book and starts reading they in variably find themselves in a new world begging to be explored.
